Submit Application
Complete the online application form with your child's information and required documents. Applications are accepted year-round.
Campus Tour
Visit our beautiful campus at Chaminade University. See the classrooms, meet our teachers, and experience the Montessori environment firsthand.
Parent Orientation
Attend a parent orientation session to learn about the Montessori philosophy, daily routines, and how to support your child's learning at home.
Welcome Day
Your keiki's first day! A gentle introduction with a shortened schedule to help your child transition comfortably into their new learning ʻohana.
Who Can Enroll?
Age Requirement
Children must be 3 years old by August 1st of the enrollment year. We serve children ages 3 through 6 in our multi-age Montessori classroom.
Residency
As a Hawaiʻi public charter school, enrollment is open to all Hawaiʻi residents. There are no income requirements or geographic restrictions within the state.
Toilet Training
Children should be toilet trained or actively in the process. We work with families to support this important developmental milestone.
Required Documents
- Certified birth certificate
- Current immunization records (Form 14)
- Proof of Hawaiʻi residency (utility bill, lease, etc.)
- Physical health examination form (within last 12 months)
- Parent/Guardian photo ID
- Emergency contact information
- Any relevant medical/allergy documentation
Documents can be submitted in person, by mail, or uploaded electronically. Our admissions team is happy to help with any questions.
About the Waitlist
Due to high demand, our school typically maintains a waitlist of 10–30 students. When a spot opens, families are contacted in the order they applied.
We strongly encourage applying early, even if your child is not yet 3 years old. You can submit an application up to one year before your child reaches eligibility.
Waitlist position does not guarantee enrollment. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis as they become available throughout the year.
Need After-School Care?
Extended care is available from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM for an additional fee.
